There's so much good stuff on Etsy, but there's also a mountain of crap on Etsy. You've probably laughed about that on Regretsy. But a great site called A Cut Above the Resty cuts out all the DIY trash and shows you the best of the online marketplace.
Anyone who's ever gone to Etsy to find something, only to give up after culling through page after page of over-priced "vintage" wares that look like old things you got rid of in a garage sale will appreciate this site. It divides Etsy goods into categories like art, jewelry, home, highlights, and so on. Isn't this silver branch ring nice? This carryall is great, too. And I dig these horn-rimmed Italian shades. Your wallet might not be able to stomach all the good stuff, but at least there's someone wading through all the useless stuff on Etsy so you don't have to. [ACutAboveTheResty via Core77]
